🍇 About the Wine
This wine is made primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon, with small amounts of Merlot and Cabernet Franc adding depth and elegance.
All the fruit was grown in the Upper Galilee—widely regarded as Israel’s finest wine growing region. The area’s combination of mineral-rich volcanic soil, high elevation, and cooler climate creates ideal conditions for producing world-class, concentrated fruit.
Aged for one year in oak barrels—mostly French with a touch of American oak—this wine gains complexity, warmth, and an aging potential of 6–8 years from harvest.
